I conducted a personal research project titled The Study of Socioeconomic Changes and Culinary Practices Through History, analyzing how socioeconomic shifts have shaped culinary practices across Europe, North America, Latin America, and Asia. I presented my findings at the 2024 Scholars Circle Research Summit, receiving valuable feedback from professors and student researchers, and won the Gold Award and Professor’s Second Choice.
